Custom Work & Commisions

Details for custom work:
  • Payment is required upfront before I begin working on your custom artwork.
  • Custom work designs will always be shared with you before any products are ordered. I will work with you to make it right. However, if there are many changes there may be an additional fee. Changes take significant time and energy. I will always discuss this with you before.
  • For custom paintings please allow room for artist interpretation. If there is something very specific you want, make sure you communicate it very clearly, so there are no disappointments.
  • Pricing is determined by complexity, materials, size, timeframe, etc.
  • Rush processing may be available on your order, but at additional cost (typically 50% of or double the price of your custom). Please ask beforehand if you need something rushed so I can see if it's possible.
  • Production time varies depending on my current workload, the details of your customization, and any other unforeseen circumstances that may arise. The average production time is 2-4 weeks, but this is an average, not a guarantee. I will always give you an estimate before you pay for your custom work.
  • Production time on your custom work may increase at any time. If this should occur, I will notify you immediately along with a new estimated timeframe.
  • Once a custom item has been paid for and I have begun work on it, it cannot be cancelled.
  • There are no refunds or returns on custom orders. No exceptions.
  • These terms can change or be amended at any time.
